Open Level Yoga

All levels welcome. Options provided for various levels of difficulty. Assistance, guidance, and careful observation and feedback to meet students where they are.

Beginner Yoga

Basics/review for navigating body and postural allignment, balanced musculatur engagement and body positioning, self-awareness, breath work, props and their intended use to achieve optimal allignment, work through progressions of difficulty/readiness, and avoid injuries. Main components of asanas (yoga postures), as well as intelligent transitions between asanas, and learning to flow is explored with additional adaptations, modifications, connecting with breath, and alligning breath with asanas.

Gentle Yoga

Mellow asanas, transitions and flows, allowing more time for adjustment, exploration, use of props to alleviate unnecessary tension and discomfort while ripping all the benefits.

Core Power Yoga

Developing core stamina through unique athletically designed flows and active engagement and elongation, as a center of reference needed for deeper physical aspect of yoga practice where we strive to find balance between flexibility and strength.

Mediatation Yoga

Guided and self-guided meditation exploring many meditation strategies and techniques including visualization, engagement and awareness of senses and their roles, movement and stillness, mediating on nothing versus choosing an object of meditation, dealing with distractions and unwanted thoughts during meditation process, and more. It is where together we can find those precious moments and spaces within ourselves and know we have arrived.

Pranayama Yoga

Increasing awareness of prana (i.e. life force) through careful application of yogic breathing excercises to find ballance and vitality, to calm and energize mind and body, to deal with everyday challenges, to deepen meditation experience, and more.

Mantra Yoga

Increasing and aligning subtle vibrations through chanting mantras, using and listening to our vocal vibrations, finding inner voice and will and connecting with higher frequencies by reflecting those frequencies through chanting.

Stress Management Yoga

Exploring ballance, grounding, and contemplation through movement and breath, building intelligent companionships with all parts of ourselves, increasing self-awareness, knowledge, and acceptance, and developing strategies to apply lessons learned on the mat to everyday life.

Relaxation Yoga

Learning and allowing for space within our minds and bodies, using combination of movements and breath and using props to allow for rejuvenation and healing.

Restorative Yoga

Releasing constrictions and built-up tension through gently floating and arriving at specific asanas to be incorporated with the use of props (i.e. blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, wedges, chairs, yoga wheels), to find support and let go of negative energy and muscular and mental tension when they don't serve us.
